And I cann't edit the notifiction now. See attachment. Other amelia pages are working fine.
I use the theme GeneratePress Versie: 3.0.3 and all plugins are up to date. If a disabled all other plugins and switch to default theme (twenty twentyone) the error still occured.
I found this problem after some customers contacted that they can't make a password recovery. Because the password recovery mail isn't sending.
Is it possible that when the error is fixed the pw recovery mail is sending again?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
This usually happens when you have some language tools as extensions in browsers.
For example "Language Tool" - if it's enabled, when you edit notifications and save them, they disappear. Please check that, and install a new browser without extensions (Opera, for example), and test it.
If it's working in Opera, it's some Chrome extension causing this.
Thank you for the explanation. I have freshly installed Opera. And with that I know there is no cache of some sort or installed extensions on it. But even in Opera I have this problem. See attachment.
I usually work on Firefox (and rarely on Chrome) and I don't use any language tool on any of my browsers. I have also tried it on Safari and on Edge. Then I checked the difference of Windows and Mac and I have this problem only on mac (other mac pc have this same problem). On windows it works fine. So I think this is a MacOS problem.
That is very strange, as we have Macs and we don't have this issue. Is there any chance that you can check with your host as well?
I'd love to give more advice on this, Matyas, unfortunately, it still works fine on our Macs, and Windows; so the issue may come from the browsers or hosting.
