When clients, make a booking reservation, they receive a mail for wordpress with a wordpress URL to put a new pasword, but, they dont receibe the amelia mail with customer url access.
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
And thank you for choosing Amelia.
These emails that your Customers receive are coming from WP (because you enabled the "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" option in Amelia -> Settings -> Roles Settings -> Customer).
The link to the Customer panel should be added to the Appointment approved notification, so after the first booking is made, a Customer will be able to access the Panel. The Customer Panel Access notification is being sent out only if a Customer requests a password change.
Also, if you test the Customer Panel, you have to log out from your Admin account, to book a test appointment with an email address that wasn't used for any Amelia's User before, and then you will be able to receive Appointment Approved notification with the link and access the Panel. The link is a token, so it changes depending on the User, that's why you can't test it under your WP Admin user. And it'll be even better if you test the Panel in incognito mode.

I need to solve this please.
