I am trying to find a booking plugin for a client who runs a retreat center. It needs to be simple yet flexible like Amelia, which I like and might buy. Hotel booking plugins are too specialized, most other booking plugins aren't flexible enough. My client rents out the whole center for evenings, weekends and week-long rentals (as well as having events). I can set up, for example, the evening rental as a service with a duration of 6 hrs. but I can't set up a way for someone to book the retreat center for a two-and-a-half-day weekend or for a week. I would like to be able to select longer times. Right now the time drop-downs stop at 23hrs. 30min. Can this limitation be remedied?

    Hi Chrys,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

Maybe you can achieve what you need with recurring services? In this way, client can choose if they want to book one day, two, a week.

Just click Recurring in a service, and when client goes to book on the frontend they will be prompted to choose a day, and asked to repeat the service if they wish to. If they choose to repeat, they will then pick a starting date, and will need to choose until when the booking will repeat (until which date). Unfortunately, in services we cannot set a limit to how many days they can pick, so you can also try setting this up with events, as events can be made to last one, three, five days, and within those days only.
