Thank you for your inquiry.
Amelia has integration with Zoom, so it creates links to the host and guests automatically.
However, It's possible to integrate only one business Zoom account to Amelia and add Employees as users under this account. Therefore, maybe it's not the best solution for simultaneous calls. Also, only usuals calls are supported at the moment, webinars are not available yet.
