Unfortunately, we don't yet have stock charts in wpDataTables, and they can't be easily added. Our developers would need to add them to the plugin.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
I'll forward this to them, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
We haven't had that many requests about Stock Charts. You and Ahmed here are the only ones I can recall off the top of my head, so they are not that high up on our to-do list.
You can add this as a feature suggestion on this page, just like Ahmed did. The more votes a feature or an update suggestion has, the more likely it is that it will be included in the plugin. At the moment, our team is working on some priority tasks, so we can't say exactly when this will be included.

I was wondering if I can convert my chart to "StockChart" using the wpDataCharts callbacks or any other method.

it has zooming options like : 6months, 1 yea, YTD, all and another option is the bottom panning option

I wanted to check if the option of StockCharts had been included as yet or if you had found an alternate way of displaying this type of information.
StockCharts would be amazing and if more people had seen the potential I think you would have had thousands of requests.
