I have a customer who has been adding multiple email addresses to my system and therefore created multiple Customers.
I have removed all appointments which include the incorrect email addresses and then remove the two additional customers relating to these. This leaves the correct email address in place with appointments relating to the correct email address too.
I have had to remove 2 x appointment bookings from the class on 2nd June as these were under the wrong email addresses. I have tried to book her onto this class using the correct email address but it is greyed out in the back end. I have since tried booking this on the front end and it shows a message to notify me that the person has already booked a class.
It is a little messy I know, but I am trying to deal with it to make it right. Please can you assist with this as a matter of urgency?
If the plugin reports that this customer already booked that appointment, that should be correct.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Make sure to tell me which customer, which appointment, which date and which service, so I know where to look.
