my client ask me if that possible to program a last possible appointment without the buffer time ?
Example: she wants the last appointment to 21:00
But right now i've a slot to 20:00-21:00 with a buffer time after: 15 min
So the next appointement is : 21:15 - 22:15
Is that possible to bypass the buffer time for the last possible appointement ?

I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible to set custom Buffer time. It can be either enabled or disabled for all the appointments under a Service.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
