FINAL DAYS FOR SUPPORT ON THIS PLATFORM

As mentioned through banners and newsletters, starting Sunday (June 1st), we're transitioning to a new support system that will be available through your store accounts (for premium/paid users) or directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder (for pre-purchase questions) through a support widget in the bottom right corner.

Starting June 1st, you’ll no longer be able to reply to existing tickets or open new ones on this platform. Instead, please use the "Submit a Ticketoption, which will redirect you to the right page where you can easily reach out to us.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hey, I synced your plugin with my clients outlook calendar. This works and when i check their online calendar, everything is a charm. But when they use the desktop app, the appointments show up in the main calendar on the right time, but when they open the appointment by clicking it, there is a 2 hour difference. I know this has something to do with timezones. Their calendar is in UTC +1 and all things are booked like that. But when they double click an appointment it's suddenly just in regular UTC. Any  idea?

    Hi Victor,

    thank you for reaching out.

It helps to set your client's WordPress setting for Time Zone to a city instead of UTC, it will be more precise.

Also, it's important that client's WordPress, device, browser, and Outlook are all in the same time zone.
