FINAL DAYS FOR SUPPORT ON THIS PLATFORM

As mentioned through banners and newsletters, starting Sunday (June 1st), we're transitioning to a new support system that will be available through your store accounts (for premium/paid users) or directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder (for pre-purchase questions) through a support widget in the bottom right corner.

Starting June 1st, you’ll no longer be able to reply to existing tickets or open new ones on this platform. Instead, please use the "Submit a Ticketoption, which will redirect you to the right page where you can easily reach out to us.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Let me say that Amelia works very well for 95% of my needs, but it is lacking in the customization of reminders by appointment type.

Is it possible to add a FEATURE REQUEST for the ability to customize the reminders based upon appointment type?

Can we get a (+) to add "New Notification" ---> "Type (Approval, Next Day Reminder, etc.)?"

I see this as the addition of a new dropdown field per notification (e.g. Notification Type: Approved, Next Day Reminder, etc.) that allows the user to pick the notification type and add a custom message.

You will increase your revenue for SMS notifications, add a much-needed feature to market and sell, and make all users very happy!

    Hi Keith,

thank you so much for taking time to contact us, and for the suggestion!smile.png

Amelia currently has a list per notification type (Appointment Approved) etc, but I presume you need this for separate services?

I'll forward this to the developers, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page - or if you see that someone has already suggested it you can vote for their suggestion.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
