FINAL DAYS FOR SUPPORT ON THIS PLATFORM

As mentioned through banners and newsletters, starting Sunday (June 1st), we're transitioning to a new support system that will be available through your store accounts (for premium/paid users) or directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder (for pre-purchase questions) through a support widget in the bottom right corner.

Starting June 1st, you’ll no longer be able to reply to existing tickets or open new ones on this platform. Instead, please use the "Submit a Ticketoption, which will redirect you to the right page where you can easily reach out to us.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello.

I have an employee whose schedule is divided into two shifts:

09:00 am to 03:00 pm and returns to work from 5 pm to 7pm, how can I condition such a schedule in Amelia?

    Hello Carlos,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

You can go to Amelia > Employees > that employee > Work Hours.

Here, open up a day that you want to set the shift for.

Make one shift that will last from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm.

Then Save, and click on the little + symbol on the right.

This will add another shift to that same day.

Set it to 05:00 pm to 07:00 pm, and Save; now you will have 2 work hours sets for one daysmile.png
