Hi, I'd like to see a new user role when assigned to a user, this user can read, move or cancel all appointments.
Example: A group of doctors working together and sharing one receptionist. At this moment I would need to make the receptionist an Amelia manager, however, I don't think she needs to be able to change employee, service or global settings.
This user should be able to, when a client calls: - Cancel an appointment - Make an appointment via the backend - Inform a user how late his appointment is when forgotten.
I think this would be a very interesting feature which is overall not very hard to implement.
I also added it via the feature requests. However, I did some suggestions in the past, but I never see them appearing in the list. That's why I'd like to add it here as well and ask also what's going wrong with my other feature requests.
Thank you for the suggestions; you can also change the capabilities of user roles, by installing the User Role Editor plugin for WordPress.
However, I am concerned about your request on the Feature page - it should be visible. I have sent the inquiry to my colleagues, to check why this may have happened and how we can make it "appear", so I will contact you back regarding it, if you don't mind
However... Using user role editor there are a lot op problems (I had earlier tickets about this).
For example: After an Amelia Update, the user role loses some rights again.
But... all of this isn't very urgent. However... Could you please take a look at my ticket #2786336 ? This is a very urgent question (critical ussage), where I'm waiting for some days now. Thx!
