Hi, I'm very happy to use Amelia on my booking platform for public services.
I would like to know if it were possible to suggest some "upgrade" to this wonderful plugin. I think that it will be very usefull if you give the possibilities to send a reminder mail some hour before the scheduled appointment and also if you give the opportunity to send another email the day after the appointment so we could send a survey to have some feedback from our customer.
Maybe you have some of this features in your todo list?

Thank you for your kind words, I can say on behalf of my team that we highly appreciate them.
Also, I have some good news for you: we will implement a new Customize feature in the next update or the one after, and it will include custom notifications as well. So it will be possible to set notifications to any time you wish.
