Hello, is there a feature to create a waiting list if a spot opens? My classea re limited at 6 people now (coronavirus measure). I would like to have a feature for people to sign up if a person cancels.
Thank you
Hi Vlad,
thank you for reaching out to us!
Perhaps Allow booking above maximum capacity setting, in Amelia > Settings > Appointments could help you.
This option is here only for Services with “Pending” as a default status (for the Approved ones booking above maximum capacity is not possible).
By default, this option is enabled, which means that your customers will have the ability to book the same appointment with Pending status endlessly, even though the maximum capacity for this appointment is full. So even if your service can accept 10 attendees, any number of people can book.
They will all be in status pending in the backend until Approved.
As soon as the appointment is Approved for the maximum amount of people (10 in this example) in back-end, the time slot will close.
