Hi, we have been using Amelia calendar for a few weeks on our new website. We are having a few issues with it.
How can we go in and block out certain times for a practitioner with out having to add in an email address for a client. As we have walk ins come in that don't book directly thorough the website. We can add in special days buy not split times, if we do add in split times that we are not available for a practitioner, we loose either the morning block or afternoon block can not block 2 times out. we need to be able to add in blocks that practitioner isn't available.

Client information is needed to create an appointment and block a time slot, however, this information does not have to be real. You can enter things such as "Customer" or "x", even "[email protected]" and Amelia will accept it as correct (in case of an email you just need to have @ and .com for Amelia to recognize it as an email). This can be entered trough the backend.

Could you please specify a bit more about this? Are you adding multiple shifts for one practitioner within one day?
