In Amelia, it is possible to add Custom fields to a booking form, so I believe it can work this way: you place a contract template on another page and add a link to this page to Amelia's booking form with a Custom filed. A Customer downloads this contract signs it and attaches it to the booking form with another Custom filed.
However, this solution can work only if you have the same contract template for all customers since it won't be possible to dynamically change the link to a contract.
Otherwise, it probably can be achieved with some custom work.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
This was discussed on the last planning session for Amelia, and it's been recognized as something that would need to be developed in the next two quarters, so I hope it will be included by the end of Q2, 2022.
Hi,
Is it possible to have the user sign a contract during the process of scheduling and paying for an appointment?
Hi, Caleb!
Thank you for your inquiry.

Best Regards.
This really needs to be a feature. Super important for so many businesses that need a contract in place when a service is booked!
Hey Brian
This was discussed on the last planning session for Amelia, and it's been recognized as something that would need to be developed in the next two quarters, so I hope it will be included by the end of Q2, 2022.
Kind Regards,
