I recently purchased Amelia Pro, and I found two missing critical features in packages.
First, when a client books and then cancels a package appointment, the total number of available appointments remains the same (i.e., the client losses that appointment). The customer should have the option to book the cancelled appointment at a later date instead of losing it forever.
Second, uploading a document is a mandatory field for me. However, the customer doesn't have the option of uploading any documents when booking the appointments (package) from the customer panel.
Third, the words are sometimes broken up into different lines in the customer panel. For example, "Hello" is broken up into "H

I think we can fix the wording; unfortunately, when I go to the customer panel I have no packages, I would have to book one (which requires purchasing). Is there any chance that you can book a package in my place, as they require payment, because the developer would need the page to show the broken words, in order to make a solution.
