FINAL DAYS FOR SUPPORT ON THIS PLATFORM
As mentioned through banners and newsletters, starting Sunday (June 1st), we're transitioning to a new support system that will be available through your store accounts (for premium/paid users) or directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder (for pre-purchase questions) through a support widget in the bottom right corner.
Starting June 1st, you’ll no longer be able to reply to existing tickets or open new ones on this platform. Instead, please use the "Submit a Ticket" option, which will redirect you to the right page where you can easily reach out to us.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, what is this option and how does it impact my server or sync of calendars ?
Hi, Yves!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Basically, this option increases the number of Returned events while sync is enabled. In other words, the more Appointments you have on your site, the more events should be returned.
And regarding the server: more time is needed if the number of the Returned events is bigger. So if you have a bigger number of events and set a higher number for the option, the form will need more time to return/check all of them. And that might slow the form down.
Did you face any issues related to the speed of the booking page?
Best Regards.
Hi Liza,
the main issue I have is that when this number is set to 500, and a customer want to take an appointment, it does not sync properly with existing Google calendar appointements. So the customer will be able to book a service that is actually not available for this time slot. So I pushed this number to the max.
Hi, Yves!
Thank you for the clarification.
As far as I remember the number of the appointments on your site is not too big (like hundreds per day), so in your case, this should work just fine. I doubt it will slow the server down.
Best Regards.
