Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
How do I set the limit of people booking an appointment for a particular day? At the moment, once a client book an appointment, i.e. 5th May 2021. Another client cannot book on the same day. we need to allow them to book it.
It was supposedly able to allow our clients to do a booking on the same day, based on the limit we set, I think.
So, how can we set it or change it?
appreciate your prompt response soon.
cheers,
George
Hi, George!
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
And thank you for choosing Amelia.
I believe you're referring to a scenario when the same time slot should be available for multiple bookings by different customers, is that correct?
If so, then please enable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" option in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments.
Hope that will help.
Best Regards.
