I want to know can we add a custom category field before selecting a service? Same like service field dropdown, A category field that'll show categories and on the selection of that category we'll see services belonging to only that category.

Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
And thank you for choosing Amelia.
I'm afraid, at the moment it's only possible with the Catalog view. It's the only view in Amelia that has a Category selection as the first step of the booking process.
If you want to use the Step-by-step view, then probably it can be achieved only with some Custom work.
Our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.

Also, our developers are working on the new Customize feature that will be added to the next update or the one after, so probably this option will be also included. So, you can just wait until the next update if it's not that urgent.
