Hello, I am looking for an appointment tool for a wordpress site where I need that the full day will be blocked automatically when any service at any slot time it's choosen.
For example, a schedule from 9am to 7pm, with an break between 1pm and 2pm.
I have a service that takes only 1 hour.
But, it is a service that I can only do 1 per day, although it is available both in the morning and in the afternoon.
Is there a way, if the customer chooses 10am, to block the rest of the day?
On the other hand, if client chooses 3 or 4pm, block the rest of the day?
I hope I made myself understood, my English is not that good, so I used a translator.
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
And thank you for your inquiry.
I'm afraid, there are no current built-in features that would allow setting Appointments the way you require at the moment. However, probably it can be achieved with a workaround: You can use Events instead of Appointments since in Events you can hide the starting/ending time with custom CSS that we can provide you, so your clients will only see a date. Also, you can add a Custom field to the booking form where your clients will have to pick an available duration. So, in the end, only one booking will be available per day.
You can see how Events work on our demo website under the "Events" tab on the top menu bar here.
