Employee Sign In can be done at the moment only from backend.
You can choose if you will provide your Employee with Amelia Employee role where they can sign in to the backend (with limited capabilities), in order to sign in; or, if they are in the same workspace you can open their tab in your Admin backend, and they can approach to sign in.
They can always share their credentials with you, depending on the work dynamic; however, I made these suggestions as they are more privacy friendly for your employees (when it comes to their Google Calendar credentials).
You can make a suggestion for a frontend login here, or vote if such suggestion already exists
I have submitted a new request but it's not coming up.
It has to be approved as long as it's a legit & valid request (which it will never get disapproved anyway) and only then other folks will be able to vote for the same feature.
because I and some other users that i talked to have submitted the same feature request before but it has not been made to the list.
It defeats the purpose of asking people to suggest, basically you as admin would choose what you want to display and develop.

I have a question while watching this tutorial,
At 8min 26sec onward of this video,
who should be doing "Sign in with Google" ?
Is it Admin can do for employee or employee himself has to do it?
If only employee can perform this, how would employee can come to this backend? is there a frontend page where employee can do this?
Please share some light. it was not spelled out during the video.
