    Currently, the Email Notifications of events (Appointment approved, pending, rejected, etc) sent to Customers and Employees are a little bland. I see the message box where to edit the body of the email but I can't control the format so well.

    Can I paste an HTML template on the Message box to style the email? 

    Or what would be the best approach to format the email notifications Amelia sends?

    You can add images to the email, however; I'm afraid, at the moment email templates don't support HTML and wider customization. 

    But this feature is on our to-do list, and it will be added to one of the upcoming updates!
