    Hi team,

    I would like to set all incoming appointments to one specific employee, and only if he or she is booked, another free employee is taken. Is that possible?

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    In Amelia, if an Employee isn't selected by a Customer, then it gets assigned to an appointment randomly. Unfortunately, at the moment there's no option to set any logic or algorithm that would direct all appointments to one Employee first.

    You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
