Hello,
We're looking into using your plugin for a training school. They would like users to be able book a block of appointments for a 6 week course. At the same time and day for 6 weeks. Is there a way for the plugin to be used in this way? So that when a user selects a "start date" for the course, they "accept" that day for the next 6 weeks. There are then various start dates which can't overlap until the course has finished.
Would be grateful for a response.
Hello,
thank you for taking interest in Amelia, and for reaching out to us
Amelia can do something like this with Recurring Appointments - you would create a service that is Recurring, and when booking, customer will be able to choose if they want to book 1 appointment or choose to repeat.
If they choose to repeat (use recurring service), they are able to choose a starting date, time, and until when will the appointments at that same time repeat.
Amelia unfortunately doesn't have a way to directly block customer from booking for less or more than six weeks. You would need to note somewhere on the site that only 6 weeks will be available.
Optionally, you can use Packages of Services, and offer 6 appointments together, however, here customer would be able to book any time and date.
