I'm getting this error message when I try to link my employee ID to my google calendar
Error 403: access_denied
The developer hasn’t given you access to this app. It’s currently being tested and it hasn’t been verified by Google. If you think you should have access, contact the developer
Hello Morgan,
thank you for reaching out
Regarding 403 "Access denied" error: You probably need to publish your app as indicated in our documentation.
While publishing the app, you may be presented with a “This app isn’t verified” screen:
This is happening because the verification is not yet complete, and you simply need to click on “Advanced” and then on “Go to your-website (unsafe)“, and you will be redirected to the next screen where you need to allow Amelia to access the calendar.
Once the Calendar is connected the Google button will change in color and offer an option to “Sign out from Google“, so you’ll know if the synchronization is working.
Please note that sometimes it takes Google a couple of days to verify an app.
Hope that will help.
thanks for that
