    Hello,

With the Pro version of Amelia, is there a way to create a queue system? For example, I am creating a yoga event where there will be 10 spots available, but I would like more people to be able to sign up. With this, if one or two people cancel their appointment, the other people in the queue can participate in the event. If this is possible, are the people on the waiting list notified when someone cancels their appointment and therefore there are still one or more spots left to take?

Thank you in advance for your answer.

    Hi Julian,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

You can set up a maximum of attendees in services, and Allow Booking Above Max Capacity; in this way all bookings will be pending so that they can be manually approved.

Queue customers would not be notified; you would need to manually approve their booking request once you receive a cancellation from someone else.

Unfortunately this is not available for Events.
