Could you please provide us with more details on the issue?
Did it happen just recently? Did you make any changes before that happened? Maybe updated Amelia or installed another plugin?
If that happened after the update to version 3.2, please make sure that you updated Amelia again to version 3.3 (since version 3.2 had a bug related to Employees' names that could cause the issue if one of your Employees had a blank first or last name).
We had a bug in version 3.2, and we added a fix to version 3.3. So, I believe, the easiest solution will be to update the plugin. I see the update to 3.3 is available on your site, so please click on "update now" on the Plugins page.
If updating Amelia doesn't resolve the issue, please provide us with PhpMyAdmin or cPanel credentials since we will have to access your database.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to book multiple appointments at once with current built-in features in Amelia. But it is on our to-do list for future updates.
However, it can be achieved in two ways.
Option one: is to use Recurring appointments. But it is suitable only if a customer books multiple appointments of the same service.
Option two: Packages of Services - it is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. You can see more information here.
Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.

Hi, Sahil!
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
Please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will be able to look into the issue from the inside.

Hi Liza,
I have a query regarding the plugin.
Is there any option of booking multiple services at a time?
