I have another question. When a customer signs up for multiple lessons, I as the owner get an email that shows how many lessons they purchased. The problem is our instructors get an email but it only shows that the customer purchased one lesson.
This is a problem because I'm having instructors not know there are additional lesson to give since they only saw one lesson purchased even when a customer has purchased multiple lessons.
How do we fix this?

Are you referring to recurring services? If so, you would need to place the %recurring_appointments_details% into the email for employee (template for Appointment Approved Notification), in order for them to receive information about all appointments made at once.
Okay thank you...I will try to add this shortcode to the teacher's emails and see if that works for us.
