Your internal translation does not work I have also tried loco and the other plugin that was suggested on you site this is a big deal as i am loosing clients due to the fact that I can not translate to Spanish

Sorry to hear that you faced this issue.
Do you have only one language on your site or you use a multilingual environment?
I have to mention that if it's only one language, then Amelia adjusts to the WP language settings, so you have to choose Spanish as the language of your site in WP Settings.
If that doesn't help, please clarify what exactly doesn't work. We already have Amelia translated into Spanish, but if you want to change some strings I can do that for you.
