In the payment settings, when I set up multiple payments (Onsite & Stripe), the actual booking form only allowed me to choose "Onsite". Also, if I set up only Stripe, I get the following error.
"Some services/events have all payment methods disabled. This means that the default payment method will be used for those services/events."
Where can I find the problem? I've already activated it and all the paid features are available.
This note isn't an error but a disclaimer: if you have any Service that doesn't have the payment method enabled in the Service's modal, then the default payment method will be applied.
Also, could you please make sure that you entered the correct credentials to the Stripe settings?
When using Stripe or PayPal through Amelia, the most important thing to mention is that Amelia only connects your existing account, and there are no other settings other than what’s described in Payment Settings section. So, if you’re having issues with payments the issue probably lies with the payment service’s credentials.
If you’re simply testing the payment with “Sandbox” or “Test” mode, you need to enable them first, in Payment Settings, and copy your Test credentials from Stripe into their corresponding fields.
Also, you cannot perform Test payments with a real credit card, nor can you enable Live payments and run your test card. It’s not going to work as Live payments need a real card #, and test payments need test card #. If you wish to test the payment, you can get the Stripe’s test card details on this link.
I am able to make the payment via Stripe itself. It seems that the Stripe settings are fine. The problem is that when I enable both Onsite and Stripe, only Onsite is shown in the reservation form.
① If "enable only onsite" Only Onsite is displayed
② If "enable only Stripe" Only Stripe will be displayed
③ If enable both Stripe and Onsite Only "On-site" will be displayed ← This is the problem.
Could you please try to deactivate and activate Amelia again on the Plugins page?
If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to look into the issue from the inside. You can post the credentials as a private response to this ticket.
Thank you very much. There was a restriction on international access on the server side, which we have removed. Can I ask you to try again? Best Regards.
I have purchased a Lifetime plan.

I see, the cause was that I had not set up the payment settings on the service side.
This has been resolved.
Thank you very much!
