I would like to know if having a premium license with zoom, it allows my employees to make meetings simultaneously on your plugin? But the meetings must be separated!

At the moment, it's possible to connect only one Zoom account to Amelia and add each Employee as a User under this account. I'm not sure if Zoom has such a plan that allows multiple Users under the same Account to make simultaneous calls. If so, then yes, it should work with Amelia. But you have to clarify it with Zoom first.
