    We are interested in your booking system (Pro Level). It is critical that our members can book multiple appointments on the same day.  That these appointments can be recurring with an option for biweekly. That it is multisite compatible. And that it will work with our theme Astra. We book Mentors/ Coaches, Labtimes, Events, etc

    • Appointments can be offered together via Packages; you can offer multiple sessions for one service per package, so that client can book multiple appointments at once.
    • Recurring services can be set to repeat weekly; when you enable this, client booking in the front end will be able to choose if they want it to repeat every week, bi weekly, every 3 weeks, etc.
    • You can use Amelia on main site and 3 subdomains of the same site (for example: mywebsite.com, mywebsite.org, mywebsite.net, mywebsite.co; not necessarily those subdomain endings, just an example).
    • We haven't had any complaints about Astra theme, so it should work fine.
    • All of those categories can be set as Employees, Services, and Events

    I am not seeing the ability to book a recurring appointment on the basis of (example) 1st Monday of every month (etc)  which is a typical scheduling strategy. My apologies if I somehow overlooked it but it is one critical element for us.

    Recurring appointments can happen anytime when service is available.

    If your service is available on Mondays and you set it to be recurring weekly, customer can only pick every Monday from that day on. Not necessarily 1st Monday of the month.

    Thank-you Ivana, I was very excited to use Amelia, it looks great but sadly that feature is a requirement for us. You help is very much appreciated.

    If you have time, you can leave the limitation as a suggestion on our Feature Request page, or vote for it if you see that someone already suggested the same feature.

    The more votes a suggestion has, the better the chances for implementation it has.
