Is it possible to set any time in the agenda. Now, i have an appointment on 14.45, but i want to have it on 12.30. The system now only give some opportunities, but not the opportunity to set it on 12.30 hr.
My question is: how can i set an appointment in the backend on any time i want. So, not by the options the systems gives. How can i overwrite the options the system gives?
Time depends on the duration and employee work hours.
You can set precise time slots for appointments by adjusting the time slot step (so that you can make an appointment slot by minute), and creating a work schedule for your employee precisely by hour sets:
8:00 - 8:30
9:00 - 10:15
etc.
These are just examples, however, a customer on the front end can only pick available times you set, and cannot enter the start time manually.
You can set this up by going to Amelia > Settings > General Settings > adjust the Time Slot step. This will determine how long can you set up a service to last, and time between two appointments.
Then go to Amelia > Services, and set up the Service Duration, how long you want one appointment to last for that particular service (it can be same or longer than time slot step; if you change slot step to less time, you will be able to set the duration more precisely).
Go to Amelia > Employees > Work Hours. Add a work hour set that will fit one or more appointments in it (so if your appointment is 1 hour long, then you need a work schedule of 1 hour or more; avoid having "empty spaces" in your schedule, if employee works 8am -10am, and appointment is 1:30 hours long, you will have a 30 minute gap until 10am, and Amelia may not work).
If you don't have employees set up yet, please set them up before setting services, as services cannot be set up without setting up an employee.
