i have a German site and use Amelia for bookings. But the label of "choose a service" is not translated correctly. It says "Bitte auswählen Dienstleistung" which is terrible German. "Bitte wählen Sie eine Dienstleistung" would be correct. I have to change this, otherwise I will be forced to cancel my Amelia subscription and get my money back.

At the moment, "Please select" and "service" are two separate strings joined into one, so it's quite a nightmare to translate for other, more complex languages. We have the same issue for other languages, not just German.
You can try installing Loco Translate plugin, and change the "Please select" string, but I doubt it will be useful, since it's being used on other places as well.
Our developers are working on a new customize feature, which will allow you to modify each string manually, but that won't be released before the end of June, I'm afraid.
