We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I'd like to offer a "service" as a trial that has a more detailed sign-up form with custom fields. As this is not a regular service I do not want to show this on any of the booking, search or catalogue views. Is there any possibility of doing so?
Hello Aritra
Thank you for your purchase.
If this service is supposed to be displayed on the front-end, you can create a new category, and this service in it. The current booking form's shortcode will have to be changed, so it shows only the services from another category. So, if your current setup has services in category 1, you could leave them on the page with [ameliacatalog category=1] or [ameliabooking category=1], but on the second - trial service - page, you would use only [ameliabooking category=2].
That would allow you to have two pages for different bookings.
If this service is to be used only by admins, managers and employees from the back-end, you can simply disable "Show service on site" slider in service's settings.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
