We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi!
I have a service provided by one employee at 7:15 AM in one location and the same service is provided by another employee at same hour in another location.
This service is part of a package of services.
The problem is that from customer panel, the customer can't select the service location for that hour.
Isn't possible?
Thanks in advance.
Max
Hi, Max!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible with the current built-in features.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
Also, could you please explain how the Packages are supposed to work on your site, so I will be able to forward this information directly to our developers? As far as I understand, customers should have an option to choose different locations for their appointments (and it's not related to the employee's availability), is that correct?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi, Liza!
To be clear, I have a service A provided by two different providers (B and C) at same time in two different locations (D and E).
From the customer panel, I can't choose the location where I want to take that service. For example, if I want to take the service A at 7:30 AM in location D with provider B there is no selectors for location and provider.
Thanks again!
Max
Hi, Max!
Thank you for the clarification.
Since Amelia is supposed to assign appointments to the same Employee that was selected for the first booking, it doesn't have this option at the moment. But we will definitely have to change it. I will forward your request to my teams. And if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest this "feature" on our website as well.
Best Regards.
Thanks Liza!
Another clarification.
The problem is not related to a rescheduling, but the problem is with the reservation of a session of a service included in a package.
The service is provided at more than one location at the same time, so it should be possible to select the location where you want to reserve the service.
Beyond what I am telling you, the case of rescheduling without the reservation being subject to the employee was also mentioned by my client as a limitation.
Thanks again!
Hi, Max!
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
Yes, I realized that the question isn't related to rescheduling.
But since according to Amelia's logic, all the Appointments from a package should be assigned to the same Employee, it doesn't let to select locations on the Customer Panel.
I hope we will overcome this limitation in one of the coming updates since we figured out this logic doesn't work for some businesses.
Best Regards.
