As an admin, we are attempting to change an existing booking by manually adding it to another booking already in the system, as both would still be under the maximum capacity for a booking timeslot.

e.g. If we have a booking of 2 people for "Instructor 1" at 10:00am on 10th May, and another booking of 4 people for "Instructor 2" at 10:00am on 10th May, and Instructor 2 is ill/unavailable. We want to be able to add the second group to the timeslot for Instructor 2.

This doesn't seem to be possible when Managing Appointments manually from the backend.
I added a workaround using a temporary Employee record with a Special Day time and date that only matches the intended timeslot, but this is difficult for staff to manage, particularly for any significant number of cases.

Bookings taken through the front-end appear to add to existing timeslots for the same Instructor correctly (with the total people under the maximum capacity) - in the backend, the date and Instructor just isn't available to select.

Is it possible to add 2 or more different bookings for the same Instructor using the backend?
(Assuming the total number of people booked is under the maximum capacity for that Service)

    Hello Glenn

To do this, you first need to go to the appointment for 4 people, for "Instructor 2" at 10:00am on 10th May, and cancel them.

After that, go to the appointment for "Instructor 1" at 10:00am on 10th May, and simply add customers in the top, by typing their names, and clicking on them. They will be added to that appointment after that.

So, it's important to cancel their attendance for the second appointment, and then add them in the list of the first appoitnment.

    Kind Regards,
