Hi. I am a graphic designer that creates Wordpress sites for my clients. I’m thinking of recommending Amelia for one of my clients. I have a couple of questions:

    1) With the Basic Plan, please confirm – is this is a one-time payment?

    2) Please confirm that the Basic Plan will not stop working after 1 year

    3) ‘Packages of Services’ is not included in the Basic Plan. What is this?

    4) My client would like up to 30 individuals to be able to book places in an art class session. Is there a limit on the number of places in a session?

    Thank you.

    Hi, Sinclair!

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    1) With the Basic Plan, please confirm – is this is a one-time payment? - We have two types of licenses: annual plan and lifetime plan. The annual plan has a subscription that has to be renewed annually, and the lifetime plan means a one-time payment.

    2) Please confirm that the Basic Plan will not stop working after 1 year - Even if you purchase an annual plan and don't renew the subscription after the license gets expired, you will still have access to all the plugin's features. Only the new updates and our premium Support won't be available.

    3) ‘Packages of Services’ is not included in the Basic Plan. What is this? - Packages of Services is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. You can see more information here.

    4) My client would like up to 30 individuals to be able to book places in an art class session. Is there a limit on the number of places in a session? - No, there is no limit for the Capacity.

I'd like to mention that we have a 15 days money-back guarantee, which means you can purchase Amelia, test it, and if it turns out Amelia doesn't fit your business, you can request a money refund within 15 days after the purchase.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi. One more question please. Can I set up a discount for users booking multiple slots, for example for a course or season of classes over time?

    Thank you.

    Hi, Sinclair!

Yes, we do have coupons in Amelia. You can set them the way that Customers will receive them for a particular Service or Event after X number of bookings. Also, you can set the number of times that each coupon can be used by one Customer and the total number of Coupons. You can find more information here.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza

Thank you for your note. Instead of issuing coupons, would it be possible to simply set up a series of bookable slots and offer a discount for a set number of them? If so, a discount could be offered for this kind of ‘package’ of slots.

    Best regards,
    Sinclair

    Hi, Sinclair!

There's no separate "discount" feature in Amelia, that's why it can be achieved with Coupons or, as you mentioned, with Packages (in this case the price for the whole Package will be lower than the price for individual Appointments). However, the Packages feature is only available in Pro and Developer licenses.

    Best Regards.
