You can, however, access PHPMyAdmin, and navigate to wp_amelia_users table. There you can see how other customers are being stored in the database, so if you're able to modify the CSV file so it's columns match the one from the database, you should be able to import that CSV file and update that table which is used to store all Amelia users.
Where can I find PHPMyAdmin?
Or perhaps you now have added an import feature. If not Amelia is a bit useless for us.
PHPMyAdmin is a WordPress plugin which you can download, for free; it's main function is to allow you to access the database files.
The way my colleague advised is currently the only way to make the import; if you suggested direct CSV import here, users will be able to vote for it and it can be considered in the future. We have a lot of feature requests, the most requested features are in the top of the list and we really try to implement as many new features in each update.
