I want to create an event in wp amelia but only people from a particular area (continent / country /states / zipcodes) will be able to do the bookings, same as woocommerce shipping zones,

a footbal tournment event where people from 712136 & 712138 pincode will be allowed to do the booking

Amelia does not have geo limitation (to not allow customers from certain postal codes to book); however, there is a workaround that I can suggest:
You can create Custom Field Checkbox, and provide as options to pick from the zip codes client operates within. This field can be set as required, so that the customer cannot proceed until they choose their zip code.
If you'd like to double check if the customer provided a correct code, you can add Custom Field Text, where they can leave their address and / or area.
