Hi, if I purchase the basic subscription to Amelia, can I upgrade during my active subscription, and how much will I pay?
Also, I see the basic subscription doesn't allow "packages of services", what does this mean? Can you give me an example of "packages of services" please.
If you upgrade the license, you will have to pay only the difference between the two licenses that will be calculated respectively (so, the time you were using Amelia Basic will be deducted from its price).
For that, we will need the email address you used for the purchase and the license you want to upgrade to (if it's Pro or Developer, annual or lifetime).
2. Packages of Services is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. You can see more information here.
