Hi - I am trying to use Amelia integrated into woocommerce. When the client presses the confirm button to be redirected to woocommerce checkout (I am using direct checkout), the screen on the computer or on the cell phone automatically scrolls down ( and Amelia form shortens); a lower area of the page appears and it is not possible to see Amelias’s message to wait for the checkout page making the experience confusing. I wonder if you can please help me to fix this.
(A similar problem happened when I try to use the native PayPal integration. Here, the problem is when the client is redirected from PayPal back to my site when it is shown the inferior part of the page and Amelia's congratulation message can’t be seen. Adding a custom thank you redirect page did not help because the client still has to close Amelia’s message to see it while only the bottom of the page is being shown).
The form doesn't actually scroll down, but it stays in place. The last page of the form is most likely longer due to name, last name, email, phone, and possibly some custom fields, so it's higher than the loading screen. The page stays in place, but since the form is shorter, it's above the visible part of the screen.
You can add a custom script that would scroll the form into view.
Try this (although without remote access, I can't say for sure if it will work):
Unfortunately, it did not work. As I do not have any coding knowledge, thus, I am not sure if I placed them properly.
I would note that even when I remove all my custom fields and the coupon field (keeping only name, phone and email), the problem persists. When I use woocommerce, the client would have to scroll the page up to see the “please wait” message; when I use PayPal integration, when redirected back to my site from PayPal’s lightbox, the client would have to scroll the page up to see the “congratulations” message. In this case, adding a “thank you” redirect page does not solve it because it does not load automatically. Thank you for your help.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

And now, when I click on "Confirm" before I'm taken to the WooCommerce cart, the page scrolls up to show the loader (see the attached screencast).
As for the mobile view - unfortunately, the scrollIntoView method doesn't work for some reason. The button would have to be targeted to execute the method, and it's not that easy to do that. At the moment, the scroll works on desktops, but not on mobile devices.
As for PayPal in WooCommerce, I can't say much about that, since we have our own PayPal payment, so I'm not familiar with this message. It's most likely related to WooCommerce, but I can't say for sure. How do I replicate this?
Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.

Hi again Carlos.
I added this Script on both pages:

Hi again Carlos.
I'm glad to hear that the script works. It was probably delayed due to CDN, but I can't say for sure.
Honestly, I don't know what messed up the badge frame, and the link. Since you deleted the widget, you probably lost the script also.
Please just copy and paste it to the page again:
And it should work fine.

Hi Aleksandar,
Can you please suggest how to insert this code to my page? What plugin do you suggest to use?
I tried using Insert Headers and Footers plugin, but it didn't work for me.
Shall i add this to functions.php file?
I am using elementor pro as a page builder, but i don't think it matters much.
Many thanks,
Kind Regards
Sandor
