Hello,

I would like my students to use Amelia to "Book a Trial Class" with me on Zoom.

Each user must only get one trial class each, because the trial classes are free. I will only provide 1 Trial Class for each WordPress user. They can't book a second time, for example.

How can I limit WordPress users so that they can only book the "Trial Class" service once? (Because it is a free consultation call).

thank you for reaching out to us
Unfortunately, Amelia cannot limit a user to book a service or appointment only once. Services are available to everyone, for as many times as settings allow (if you delete a service in the future).
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if there is such request there and vote for it.
