I looked into previous tickets and tried using the solution you suggested, but I can't seem to have it working in Elementor pop-ups. I did the "trigger" think and went step-by-step but it's just showing the shortcode.
I want to purchase the plugin but I won't do it until I see everything runs smoothly. please help

The pop-ups don't work with Amelia Lite due to the limitations that this version has.
