4.How do I access the backend demo?

1. Can customer's choose appointment duration? For example, we offer 30-minute time slots, but customers may want 60 or 90 minutes. - I'm afraid, at the moment each Service should have a pre-set duration. However, it can be extended with Extras. For example, you can set the original duration to 1h, and offer 2 Extras with the duration of 1 h each. So, by picking two extras, a Customer will get a total duration of 3h.
2. When using WooCommerce, does Amelia refund payments for appointments cancelled by the customer? - Unfortunately, at the moment, refunds have to be processed manually from the Woo account.
3.Our WooCommerce setup uses Avalara. Will this work with Amelia? - We didn't test it yet, so we can't tell you precisely. I'd like to mention that we have a 15 days money-back guarantee, which means you can purchase Amelia, test it, and if it turns out Amelia doesn't work with Avalara (or doesn't meet any other requirements), you can request a money refund within 15 days after the purchase.
