    The reminder and follow up visit notifications are not going out to the customer nor the employee.

    See the attached cron jobs that were added to the server.

    Could you please tell if the rest of the Notifications work fine?

    If so, then I can provide you with a guide on how to set crons with the Crontrol plugin (it's the easiest way), just to make sure that the issue isn't coming from the settings. And if that won't work, then the only solution will be to reach out to the hosting provider and ask them if there are any additional settings required for cron jobs.

    Yes.  Other notifications without cron settings work.

    Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

    As I mentioned before, there are two solutions:

    1. We can try to set cron jobs with the Crontrol plugin to make sure that the settings are correct. If that doesn't work, you should reach to your hosting provider. 

    2. You can reach out to your hosting provider straight away and ask them if there are any additional settings that should be done in order to set a cron job on your WordPress site.

    Still having problem not receiving Appointment reminder and appointment follow up.

    Could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode. 

    We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
