Hi guys,
I noticed with your current notifications you send a notification to customers upon booking, and then the day before.
Are you planning in the future to add more notifications for customers, for instance a week before, and then down to hours such as 2 hours, 1 hour and maybe 30 mins and 15 mins?
It would be a really great feature that we loved with Calendly and really helps people manage their schedules and means appointments don't get missed as regularly.

We do plan on adding custom notifications, which you would be able to configure manually. I can't say exactly when this will be added, but it is planned to be developed in the next 3 months.
Hopefully, there will be no delays in the meantime.
