    Hello ,

I need Ideas or help with following uses case

Our users are ALREADY logged in in our Wordpress sxstem as Learners.

an tna they can book appointments .

what I don't want that our users need to give all the details again ( name , Email  etc) for booking a appointment .

is it possible that Amelia  just use the Wordpress details automatically ?   the same question is with the ciustomer panel

    thanks in advance

    Hi Ralf,

    thank you for contacting ussmile.png

As advised in the previous ticket, for the pre-filled fields in the booking form, you can activate the option Check customer's name for existing email when booking; where Amelia will recognize this customer if they have already made bookings with their WP email in Amelia, and autofill the fields as per the registered customer information.

Unfortunately for the customer panel, customer must log in separately, as Amelia Customer Panel cannot use the same login window as WordPress, these are separate.
