Hello, I have already done some installations of your plugin and I find it excellent.
However, I have been working in a domain that at first sent notifications without any problem, but later it did not send any, either for the client, nor for the employee, I tried various things, including uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it but no I was lucky. I have tried with
SMTP in addition to PHP and I have not had any results either.
Could you please set the email service to PHP and try to send a test email? If that works, then you should reach out to your hosting provider and ask them which additional settings should be done in order to use SMTP on a WP site.
If that doesn't help, please disable all other plugins and try to send a test notification again. If that works, then there's a conflict with another plugin, so we will have to investigate it further.
