Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

So, I changed the Alpha Sender in Amelia/Notifications/SMS Notifications/User Profile to "Amelia", and after that I was able to send myself a test SMS. Can you please try now and let me know if it works?
I'm sorry, but I can't help you fix an issue I'm not able to replicate. As mentioned in one of my previous responses - I was able to send an SMS to my personal phone number using the Send test SMS in your notifications.
I've reached out to our developer, who contacted Twilio, and unfortunately, it seems that you won't be able to use the SMS feature. UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, and a few other countries have limitations where a request needs to be sent to the correct government body to allow using our SMS feature without an actual Twilio account.
There may be a possibility to create a custom solution, which would allow you to create a personal Twilio account, and integrate it with Amelia, for a price. I'm not sure if it can be done, though, nor am I able to say what the price would be. The question was raised with our managers, and we're waiting for their response.

If you change the sender name to Amelia so the message will send to the customer by Amelia name ??

If you change the name to "Amelia" the default US-based number assigned to our account will be displayed, not the name.
